Let us handle your large maintenance projects.  The many years of experience we have in engineering and construction, coupled with our working knowledge of construction materials and methods, will expedite your projects and maximize quality.  Our scope of work includes:

• Review Site Conditions
• Meet with the Regime Board of Directors to Define the Scope of Work. 
• Prepare a Project Manual for the Work which will Include: Documents denoting bidding requirements, contract forms, conditions of the contract and drawings (if necessary) and general requirements and specifications for the performance of the work.
• Prepare a List of Qualified Contractors for Approval. 
• Prepare a Bid Package and Conduct a Pre-Bid Conference at the Site with all Selected Bidders to Review the Scope of Work.
• Contact Bidders to Qualify Their Bids. 
• Present a Bid Tabulation for the Regime Board of Directors to Review.
• Prepare the Contract for the Successful Bidder. 
• Obtain Certificates of Insurance, Copies of Licenses and Building Permits from the Contractor.
• Conduct a Pre-Construction Meeting at the Site to Review Job Logistics. 
• Review and Approve Submittals as Required
• Observe the Field Construction and Approve Progress Payments. 
• Provide Periodic Progress Reports and Schedule Updates.
• Prepare a Punch-list at Substantial Completion of the Work. 
• Secure Warranties, Lien Releases, and Other Required Documentation at Project Closeout Prior to Final Payment.
